Most happens on Zoom.
The shifts happen in person.
An hour on Zoom every two weeks is integration speed — fast enough to catch the pattern, slow enough to live the new line between calls. That's where most of the trajectory lives.
But the cracks only break in the room. Once you're in the same space — no laptop, no exit door, no "I'll think about it" — the work moves at a different velocity. Each in-person session is that velocity, on purpose, on the calendar.
Zoom — high cadence
