Imprisoned By My Little Me

A Reality Engineer's Guide to Dismantling the False Self and Creating from Nothing

Most people will die without ever realizing they spent their entire lives in a cage they built themselves. They achieve the titles, buy the cars, and hit the goals — only to wake up at 3:00 AM with a heavy, unexplainable dread sitting on their chest.

This book is the exit.

About the Author

Hamid Acharrab

Hamid is a Reality Engineer, executive facilitator, and speaker specializing in the mechanics of human transformation. After losing his mother at age three and navigating the challenges of being an immigrant child in Amsterdam, Hamid became a sales prodigy, commanding boardrooms and making fortunes by the age of nineteen.

However, his internal 'thermostat' couldn't handle the heat of success, leading him to systematically sabotage his own empire. This crash forced a decade of radical self-interrogation, resulting in the birth of Reality Engineering — a framework that fuses raw psychology, spiritual truth and radical accountability.

Today, Hamid hosts intensive transformational retreats, helping high-performers dismantle their masks and reclaim their sovereignty. He lives in Marrakech, Morocco, with his wife and three children.
